Is the A34's back glass or plastic, and does it matter?
It is a composite plastic cover rather than glass, which is why it tends to crack and flex rather than shatter into pieces. It is still bonded to the frame with adhesive, so replacement is a proper workshop job. We fit the original Samsung cover on fresh adhesive.
Will you check inside the phone while the cover is off?
We give the inside a visual check as part of the job, mainly for moisture marks, dust and any sign of battery swelling. If something needs attention we tell you before doing further work. Then the new cover goes on with the correct adhesive and the phone is closed up.
