A 6.6 inch screen asks a lot of a battery, and the A23's 5000mAh cell was sized for the job. Once it wears, the gap shows quickly. Days that used to end at 40 percent now end with a dead phone by supper.
We replace it with an original Samsung battery at our authorised centre, fitted by a trained technician. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
The phone restarts on its own when the battery is low. Is that the battery?
Usually. A worn cell sags under load, the voltage dips, and the phone resets or shuts down to protect itself. If it happens mostly below half charge, the battery is the prime suspect, and a test on the bench confirms it either way.
Do I need to do anything before bringing it in for a battery?
A backup is always worth doing before any repair, although a battery replacement does not involve your data. Beyond that, bring the phone as it is. If the back has started bulging, stop charging it and avoid pressing on it on the way here.
Will a new battery charge faster too?
Charging speed depends on the charger, cable and port, but a worn battery does slow things down near the end of a charge and then loses that charge sooner. A new original cell restores normal charging behaviour along with the capacity you paid for.
