A drop onto tar or tiles is usually what brings an S9 in to us. The curved glass takes the impact, and once it is cracked the AMOLED underneath is exposed to pressure and moisture, which is when lines and dead patches start to appear.
The replacement screen is an original Samsung part made for the SM-G960F, so brightness, colour and touch response match the phone as it left the factory. Fitting is included in the price shown.

Common questions
The screen is black but I can hear notifications. Can you fix that?
Usually, yes. If the phone still rings and vibrates, the fault is almost always the display panel rather than the motherboard. A new original screen normally brings it back. We test the phone after fitting to confirm everything else survived the drop.
Is the S9 screen the same as the S9+ screen?
No. The S9 uses a 5.8 inch panel and the S9+ uses a 6.2 inch panel, and they are not interchangeable. OEM screens are calibrated for the specific model, which is why we fit the exact part for the SM-G960F.
Do I need to back up my phone before the repair?
A screen replacement leaves your data alone, so nothing is wiped. That said, we always suggest a backup before any repair on a dropped phone, simply because impact damage can occasionally cause other faults to show up later on.
