The FE's flat 6.5 inch Super AMOLED panel runs at 120Hz, which was rare at its price in 2020 and still looks superb. When it cracks or the display fails, only a matching original panel keeps that experience intact.
We fit original Samsung screens for the S20 FE and test brightness, touch and refresh rate before handing back the phone. The panel and the fitting are covered by the price shown.

Common questions
My screen touch stopped working in one strip. Is that repairable?
Yes. A dead touch strip means part of the digitiser in the panel has failed, often after a knock, and it will not recover on its own. The touch layer is part of the display assembly, so a new original screen replaces it completely.
Will an original S20 FE screen keep the fingerprint reader working?
Yes. The S20 FE reads fingerprints through the display with an optical sensor, and the original Samsung panel is built for it. We recalibrate and test fingerprint unlock after fitting. Cheap panels are a gamble here, with sensors that misread or fail outright.
Is it safe to keep using the phone while the glass is cracked?
Briefly, if you must. Cracks concentrate pressure every time you tap, so the damage spreads, and moisture getting into the panel can black it out entirely. A protector over the crack helps as a stopgap. Book the replacement before a cracked screen becomes a dead one.
