Charging problems on the Note10 Lite usually trace back to the USB-C port itself. Lint compacts inside, pins bend, and the socket wears loose after years of daily plugging in. A clean is always the first step, in case that is all it needs.

Common questions
The Note10 Lite has no wireless charging. Does that make the port repair more urgent?
It does. On this model the USB port is the only way to charge, so once it fails completely the phone is dead in the water. If charging is already intermittent, the port is telling you it is on the way out. Better to replace it on your schedule.
Could the problem be my cable rather than the port?
Quite possibly, and it is the first thing we eliminate. We test with known-good Samsung cables and chargers. If the phone charges perfectly on our equipment, you need a cable, not a repair. If it misbehaves on our gear too, the port is the culprit.
Does the port repair affect the headphone jack?
No need to worry about losing it. We test the headphone jack, the bottom microphone and charging before the phone leaves us. If any of those were faulty from the same knock or wear, we tell you what we found and what fixing it involves before doing extra work.
