The Note10 Lite carries a 4500mAh cell, bigger than either 2019 Note10. Batteries are consumables though. Every charge cycle takes a little capacity, and after several years the runtime drop becomes hard to ignore.

Common questions
The edge of my screen is lifting. Is that a battery problem?
It can be. A swelling battery pushes outward and the screen or back cover is usually the first thing to lift. Stop charging the phone and bring it in. A swollen cell needs replacing promptly, and we will check whether the seal or screen was strained.
Should I replace the battery or buy a new phone?
If the Note10 Lite still does what you need, a battery is the far cheaper route and transforms daily use. The S Pen and headphone jack combination is genuinely hard to buy new today. We will give you an honest view once we have tested the phone.
How long does the replacement take?
We do not quote fixed times here because it depends on the day's bookings and part availability. Contact the Umhlanga branch and we will tell you what is realistic before you bring the phone in. Booking ahead keeps the wait as short as possible.
