The A36 5G supports 45W charging, the fastest in this range, and fast charging is unforgiving of a worn socket. Poor contact means heat, dropped speeds and eventually no charging at all.
The port sits on a sub-board, and we replace that board with the original Samsung part for the A36 5G, then reseal the phone. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Why has my fast charging dropped to normal speed?
Fast charging negotiates through the port's pins, and worn or dirty pins break that negotiation long before they stop charging altogether. The phone then falls back to slow charging. It can also be the cable or adapter, so we test all three before replacing the sub-board.
Is sand from the beach a real risk for the port?
Very real, especially around here. Sand grains are hard enough to scratch the contact pins, and they pack in deeper each time the cable goes in. If your phone lives in a beach bag, check the port regularly and never force a cable that will not seat.
Will the repair keep the full 45W charging speed?
Yes. The replacement sub-board is the original Samsung part for the A36 5G, so it carries the same charging capability the phone shipped with. With a suitable 45W adapter and cable, full-speed charging works as before. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.
