Will a replacement screen still run at 90Hz?
Yes, because we fit the original Samsung panel built for the A32. It runs at the same 90Hz refresh rate as the screen the phone shipped with. Cheaper aftermarket panels often cap out lower and feel choppy, which is one of the reasons we do not use them.
My A32 has ghost touches. Is that the screen or the phone?
Almost always the screen. When the touch layer is damaged it can fire inputs on its own, opening apps and typing by itself. A new original panel normally cures it completely. If ghost touches somehow carry on after the replacement, we will investigate further before any additional work.
How careful do I need to be with a cracked screen until the repair?
Keep pressure off it and keep it dry. Cracks spread under pressure in a pocket or bag, and moisture that gets through the glass can kill the display and touch layer. A screen protector over the crack helps contain loose glass until you can bring the phone in.
