When an A32 stops charging reliably, the USB-C socket is the usual suspect. Years of plugging in, pocket lint and the odd yanked cable all take their toll on the pins.
On this model the port is mounted on a sub-board, so we replace the complete board with an original Samsung part. That gives you a factory-fresh connection rather than a patched-up one. Fitting is included in the price shown.
Signs you need this repair
- Only charges when the cable is pushed upwards
- Cable falls out on its own
- Fast charge stopped working
- Laptop no longer recognises the phone

Common questions
My A32 stopped fast charging. Is the port worn?
Possibly. Fast charging needs a clean, solid connection, and worn or dirty pins often drop the phone back to slow charging before they fail completely. It can also be the cable or the adapter, so we test with known good chargers before recommending the sub-board replacement.
Can a bent pin in the port be straightened?
Not reliably. The pins are tiny, and once bent they rarely seat properly again. Forcing them tends to break them. The dependable fix is replacing the sub-board that carries the port. It is an original Samsung board and fitting is included in the price shown.
Is my data safe during a charging port repair?
Yes. The repair swaps a hardware board and does not touch the phone's storage, so apps, photos and messages stay put. As with any repair, a recent backup is always worth having, but nothing in this job wipes or resets the phone.
