The A21s uses a 6.5 inch LCD with a punch-hole camera at the top left. On an LCD, drop damage often shows as bleeding patches or lines rather than a clean crack, and the fault grows over time.

Common questions
Do you fit original screens or copies?
Original only. As an authorised Samsung service centre we fit the Samsung display assembly made for the A21s, calibrated for this model. Copy LCDs are known for washed-out colour, weaker brightness and clumsy touch response, which defeats the point of repairing the phone properly.
The display is black but I can hear notifications. Is that the screen?
Usually, yes. If the phone rings, vibrates and makes sounds but shows nothing, the display has most likely failed while the rest of the phone is fine. We confirm this on the bench before fitting anything, because in rare cases the fault sits deeper.
Can I carry on using it with a cracked screen?
The crack will not heal and it usually spreads. Pressure and moisture work into the gap, and on an LCD that often ends in bleeding patches or dead touch zones. If the phone matters to you, repairing it sooner is the safer choice.
