A phone that lives in pockets and school bags collects lint, and the A21s charging socket is where it all ends up. Lint, wear and bent pins are the three usual reasons an A21s stops charging properly.
The port is mounted on a sub-board, and we replace that board complete with an original Samsung part. It is a cleaner, more reliable fix than reworking the old socket. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
The phone keeps saying moisture detected but it is dry. What now?
That warning comes from the port sensing something across its pins. Sometimes it really is damp, sometimes it is lint or corrosion, and sometimes the port has failed. We inspect the socket first and only replace the sub-board if it actually needs replacing.
Will a port repair delete anything on the phone?
No. The sub-board carries the charging port, not the phone's storage, so your photos, chats and apps are untouched by this job. A backup before any repair is still a sensible habit, but nothing in a port replacement involves your data.
My A21s charges very slowly. Is that the port?
It can be. A worn port makes poor contact and the phone drops to a trickle to protect itself. A tired battery or a frayed cable can produce similar symptoms, so we test to see which one it is before replacing the sub-board.
