Common questions
Could it just be my cable or charger?
It often is, so test with a different cable and wall plug first. If the phone still needs the cable held at an angle, or charging cuts in and out with everything you try, the port itself is the likely fault and we can confirm that when we see it.
Can lint really stop an A20 from charging?
Yes. Pocket lint packs into the bottom of the socket and stops the cable seating fully, so the pins never make proper contact. Sometimes a careful clean is all the phone needs, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than replacing a healthy port.
