Common questions
The A04 and A04s look identical. Do they use the same screen?
No. The A04s runs a 90Hz panel and the two are not interchangeable, so fitting the wrong one causes problems. We go by your model number, SM-A045F for the A04, which you can check under Settings, About phone before you get in touch with us.
How do I stop the crack spreading before I can bring it in?
Keep pressure off the glass. A screen protector or clear tape over the crack holds it together and keeps moisture and dust out, and avoid tight pockets and hot cars. That buys time, but the crack will not heal, so book the replacement when you can.
