A loose charging port is a daily frustration. You wiggle the cable, prop the phone at an angle against the bedside lamp and hope it is charging by morning. On the A04 that is a worn or dirty connector, and it does not repair itself.
We replace the charging sub-board with the original Samsung part for this model, which renews the connector completely. Fitting happens in our Umhlanga workshop and is included in the price.

Common questions
My computer no longer sees the A04 when I plug it in. Is that the port?
Often, yes. The same pins that carry charge also carry data, so a worn port can drop the data connection first while charging limps along. If a known good cable does not fix it, the sub-board is the likely culprit and replacing it restores both charging and data.
What causes the port to wear out in the first place?
Mostly lint and daily use. Fluff from pockets packs into the bottom of the port and stops the plug seating, and thousands of insertions gradually wear or bend the pins. Yanking the cable out sideways speeds it up. It is normal wear, not something you did wrong.
Is it cheaper to repair the port than to replace the phone?
Almost always, and you can see for yourself because the full price, part and fitting included, is shown on this page. The port sits on a small sub-board, so this is one of the more affordable repairs on the A04 rather than a reason to retire the phone.
