USB-C ports fail from ordinary life. Lint rides into the port on every pocket trip and compacts at the bottom. Pins wear and bend. Eventually the S24 charges only at certain cable angles, or not at all.
Samsung mounts the port on a sub-board, and that board is what we replace, using the original part for the SM-S921B. Your motherboard and data are untouched. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
The phone shows a moisture warning constantly. Is that the port?
When the warning will not clear on a dry phone, the sensor circuit in the port is usually the cause, either from dirt, corrosion or damage. Do not force charging through it. We clean and inspect the port first, and if the fault is in the board, an original sub-board replacement clears it.
Should I try cleaning the port myself first?
Gently, at most. A wooden toothpick can lift loose lint if you take care, but the pins bend easily, and anything metal or sharp makes it worse. Compressed air often just packs lint in tighter. If a careful clean does not fix it, stop there and let us open it up properly.
Will replacing the port erase anything on the phone?
No. The port sits on its own small board away from the main board where your storage lives, so photos, apps and settings stay put. As with any repair, a current backup is good practice, and leaving us your unlock code lets us test charging and data transfer fully.
