The A53 5G carries a 5000mAh battery, one of the reasons it sold so well. But capacity on paper means little once the cell has aged. Charge cycles wear the chemistry, and a phone from 2022 has plenty of them behind it.
Our battery replacement fits an original Samsung cell for the SM-A536B, with careful removal of the glued battery and a proper reseal afterwards. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
My A53 still lasts most of the day. Should I wait to replace the battery?
There is no need to replace a healthy battery. The time to act is when the phone no longer fits your day, shuts down unexpectedly or heats up on charge. If you are on the fence, bring it in and we will check the battery's condition before you spend anything.
Will a new battery charge faster too?
Charging speed comes back towards normal, yes. A worn cell resists charge, which drags out charging times and adds heat. A fresh original cell accepts the phone's designed charging rate again. If charging is still poor after a battery replacement, the port is the next thing to test.
What happens to the old battery?
We dispose of it through proper channels for lithium cells. Old batteries should never go into household rubbish, because damaged or punctured cells are a fire risk. It is one more reason to have a battery swapped at a service centre rather than at a kitchen table.
