Common questions
My A15 shows 100 percent then drops to 80 in minutes. Why?
The worn cell cannot hold the voltage the gauge expects, so the reading collapses as soon as load is applied. It is one of the clearest signs a battery is finished. An original Samsung replacement puts the gauge back in touch with reality.
Does using the phone as a hotspot ruin the battery?
Hotspotting is heavy, warm work and it adds charge cycles faster, and batteries wear with cycles. It will not break the phone, but expect the battery to age sooner. When it does, we fit the original 5000mAh cell with fitting included.
Do you check anything else while replacing the battery?
