Common questions
My A11 dies at 40 percent. Battery or phone?
That is classic battery wear. An old cell cannot hold voltage under load, so the phone shuts down even though the gauge shows charge remaining. A new original Samsung battery normally sorts it. If it does not, we investigate further before charging you for more.
Is a swollen battery in an old phone dangerous?
It needs attention, yes. A swollen cell pushes the back cover or screen away from the frame and gets worse with charging. Do not press on it or pierce it. Bring the phone in and we will remove it safely and fit an original replacement.
Will a new battery make my A11 faster?
Not directly, but it can feel that way. A worn battery cannot deliver steady power, so the phone throttles and stumbles under load. With a healthy original cell the phone runs the way its hardware allows, without the sudden shutdowns.
