Common questions
What is the difference between your screen and a cheaper copy?
Ours is the original Samsung service panel, calibrated for the A03s. Copies commonly have dimmer backlights, poor touch accuracy and colours that look off, and they crack more easily. With an authorised centre you also know the fitting is done properly. Part and fitting are both in the price shown.
My A03s fell in water and now the screen is blank. Is a new screen enough?
Sometimes, but water damage needs a proper assessment first. If moisture reached the main board, a new screen alone will not fix it. Bring the phone in, do not charge it in the meantime, and we will test it and give you a straight answer on what it needs.
Can I keep using the phone with a small crack for now?
You can, but treat it as temporary. Every press on the glass works the crack wider, and moisture or dust getting through can kill the touch layer. A small crack is also the cheapest stage to fix, because the panel is still the only damaged part on the phone.
