A panel this size flexes, and flex is what turns a hairline crack into a dead display. Once the Dynamic AMOLED 2X layer is damaged you may see spreading black patches, coloured lines or ghosting, and each of these gets worse with use.
The repair is a complete original Samsung display assembly for the SM-X926B, fitted and tested by trained technicians. Colour accuracy, 120Hz refresh and S Pen response all return to factory standard. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.
Signs you need this repair
- Coloured vertical lines after the tablet flexed in a bag
- Black patch spreading from a cracked corner
- Touch and S Pen dead in one zone of the screen

Common questions
How should I transport a tablet this big with a cracked screen?
Keep it flat and rigid. A hard case is ideal, or sandwich it between two stiff boards. Avoid pressure on the glass and do not wedge it into a tight bag pocket. Flex is what spreads AMOLED damage, so the less the tablet bends on the way to us, the better.
Is the replacement the same anti-reflective display the tablet came with?
Yes. We fit the original Samsung display assembly made for the SM-X926B, the same 14.6 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X unit the tablet shipped with, anti-reflective treatment included. Aftermarket panels lose that along with colour accuracy and proper S Pen response, which is why we do not fit them.
Only a small corner is cracked and everything still works. Why fix it now?
Because on a display this large, a corner crack rarely stays in the corner. Normal handling flexes the panel and works on the break, and once the AMOLED layer under the glass is compromised, black patches and lines follow. Replacing the screen early means replacing one part before the damage grows.
