The fix is straightforward. We remove the damaged display and fit the original Samsung assembly built for the SM-X216B. The new panel is calibrated for this model, and part and fitting are included in the price shown.

Common questions
Will the new screen still run at 90Hz?
Yes. The original Samsung panel for the SM-X216B is the same 90Hz display the tablet shipped with, so scrolling stays smooth. This is one of the reasons we fit original parts only. Generic panels often run at lower refresh rates or with rougher touch response, and you feel it immediately.
The crack is small and in the corner. Can I leave it for now?
You can, but cracks on a tablet this size seldom stay small. The panel flexes slightly every time you pick it up, and that flex works on the crack. Moisture and dust get in too. Most customers who wait end up with touch problems on top of the cosmetic damage.
How do I confirm I have the 5G model before booking?
Open Settings, then About tablet, and check the model number. The 5G Tab A9+ is the SM-X216B. If the tablet no longer displays anything, the model number is also printed on the regulatory label on the back. Bring it in if you are unsure and we will identify it.
