Leave your name and number and we will phone you back to arrange it.

The 6.9 inch folding screen is the biggest a Flip has carried, and the rules for it are the same as ever. The panel folds on ultra thin glass, the factory film must stay on, and damage at the crease spreads with every close.

If yours has a line, a dead zone or a crack, we fit the original Samsung display assembly for the SM-F766. The part and the fitting are included in the price shown.

Signs you need this repair

  • Line appeared at the crease and will not go away
  • Main screen blank while the cover screen works fine
  • Touch ignoring swipes across the fold
  • Factory film lifting or bubbling
  • Crack spreading after the phone closed on something

Common questions

My cover screen works but the main screen is dead. Can you fix it?

Yes, that is exactly what this repair is for. The two displays are separate parts, so a dead main screen with a live cover screen points at the folding panel itself. We fit the original Samsung assembly and your phone, data and cover screen carry on as before.

Is a Flip7 screen harder to replace than earlier Flips?

Each generation changes the internals, and the Flip7's larger panel and slimmer body need the correct parts and current training. That is the advantage of an authorised Samsung service centre. We work to Samsung's procedures for the SM-F766 rather than improvising on a new model.

The crease looks deeper than when the phone was new. Is that damage?

A visible crease is part of every folding phone and it can settle in with use. On its own it is not a fault. Lines, flicker, dead patches or lifting film are the signs of real damage. If you are unsure which you are seeing, bring it in and we will check.
