Common questions
My A13 percentage jumps around. Is that software or the battery?
A worn cell reports voltage erratically, and the gauge follows it. After a restart the number often changes again. Software rarely causes jumps this severe, so on a 2022 phone the battery is the first suspect. We can test it properly.
Is it safe to keep charging a phone with a swollen battery overnight?
No. A swollen cell should not be charged at all, and definitely not unattended. Unplug it, do not press the bulge, and bring the phone to the branch. Removing it safely and fitting an original battery is a routine job for us.
Do you test the phone after fitting the new battery?
Yes. Charging, boot, and basic function checks are part of the fit before you get the phone back. You leave with a working phone, not a parts swap and a hope. If anything looks off during testing, we sort it out before you collect.
