USB-C ports fail from ordinary life. Lint packs in, pins bend, and the socket loosens after thousands of cable insertions. On the A73 the symptoms are usually intermittent charging or a cable that only works at an angle.
The fix is an original Samsung sub-board, which carries the port itself. We fit it and test charging and data before handing the phone back. Part and fitting are included in the price shown.
Signs you need this repair

Common questions
My A73 stopped fast charging. Is the port to blame?
Often. Fast charging needs clean, firm contact on all the pins, and a worn or dirty port drops the phone back to slow charging. We rule out the cable and adapter first, then inspect the port. If the sub-board is worn, replacing it restores full speed.
Is the repair risky for the rest of the phone?
No. The sub-board is a separate component connected to the main board, and replacing it is a routine job for our technicians. Your storage is untouched and the main board is never soldered. It is one of the most contained repairs on this phone.
The phone will not charge at all. Is it definitely the port?
Not always. A completely dead phone can also be a flat worn battery or a board fault, so we diagnose before we replace anything. If it is the port, an original sub-board sorts it. If it is something else, we tell you before any work happens.
